Ray Alderton is the lead volunteer at Oakdale Library Gardens Association. Over the last ten years, he has worked hard to build a team of volunteers, build relationships with other organisations, and managed to obtain funding to build and maintain the beautiful public garden at Oakdale Library. Ray claims this position found him at the perfect time and in a transitional moment of serendipity, was asked to lead this project at a moment when he was going through redundancy in his job at the time.
As an advocate for mental health, Ray will tell us the story of the Oakdale Library Gardens Association and why it is so important to have green areas in towns and cities to help rebuild one's psychological welfare.

Purpose
This is a short documentary film about following your passion in life, about finding your path, and allowing yourself the space to be happy. I spent some time with arborist Sam Elliot, he explains how he ended up on this path and why it's something he will spend as much of his life as possible doing this.

A night with Ocean Alley
When it was announced that Psychedelic Rock band Ocean Alley were coming to Southampton, I had to, no, I need to get tickets! Filmed completely on an old digital point and shoot camera, I made this film of our journey there.
They were so good, I bought tickets and drove to see them again two nights later in Bristol.
Kacper i Maja wedding day

The Fixer
A mockumentary, following a local handyman who is being investigated for fixing and fitting gas meters without the proper licensing. However, a few oversights reveal he has a dark secret and some anger issues.
Recorded and edited as part of 24hour challenge. All lines were ad-lib. This was a lot of fun to make.
